My New Life

Hello All

It's been a long while since I posted anything to my blog. As some of you will now know, my life changed very suddenly with Kevin deciding he wanted out of our marriage. A huge shock to us all.

I have moved closer to my dear and lovely friend Katrina. She and her families and my friends have been nothing short of brilliant with their support to me and the girls. I have Zeus and Billy with me, and live on my own.

I have a new job which I have been at about three months now and am enjoying the people contact and the challenges that it brings. Ultimately though, I would like to be working here and are going to step up that thought and get my self together and just go for it. With the price of petrol now, I need to get things changed!!

I have done very little stitching over the past months, but have just started picking it up now and again, so look for some pictures quite soon.

I would like to thank my internet friends, you do and have made me feel so much better when the darkest days were there.

Love to you all.

Good to see you back blogging Kath.

Sorry to hear you've been through a rough time, but good that you've had support from so many people.

All the best to you.

My dear, dear Kath --

You have been in my thoughts much over the past 6 months. I am so delighted to see a blog post from you - despite the turmoil, it really sounds like you have come out on top here.

I owe you a long email - which I'll attempt to do in the next few days once my company leaves and I have a day off again. Much has happened in my life as well - most of it good.

BTW, did you see a Kiwi won the Indy 500 yesterday?

I'm so sorry to hear about your personal upheavals over the last months - hopefully life is getting back on a stronger footing, and being close to that gorgeous Katrina will definitely be a great support and help. Look forward to seeing more of you online when you can :) {{hugs}}
